We offer a 100% Damage-Free Guarantee. If you receive a damaged or wrong product, just share an unboxing video with us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a full replacement. No questions asked.

Q: How do I take care of my canvas painting?
Canvas paintings require minimal care. Keep them away from direct sunlight and moisture. Dust gently with a soft dry cloth when needed. No glass means no glare and no breakage risk.
Q: What if I want to return a product?
Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted as each painting is made to order. Please record an unboxing video when you receive your order.

I recently purchased two canvas paintings from Decor by Neon — a 72 × 48 inch Banyan Tree artwork and a 12 × 18 inch Mount Kailash artwork — and I am extremely happy with the overall experience.
The 100% cotton canvas with 380 GSM gives the paintings a premium, authentic canvas feel. The print quality is excellent, with good detailing, depth and colour reproduction. The golden tones in the Banyan Tree artwork have come out beautifully, while the Mount Kailash artwork has an impressive finish and detailing.
I was particularly impressed with the packing and protection. Both paintings were packed very carefully and securely, which is especially important when ordering large framed artwork.
