2. Products and Services

  • We offer home and business décor products including, but not limited to, metal wall art, acrylic wall art, and other décor items (“Products”).

  • All product images on our Site are for reference only. Actual colors, textures, and sizes may vary slightly due to lighting, material finish, or customization.

  • We reserve the right to discontinue or modify Products at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders and Payments

  • When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

  • All prices listed are in INR (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Payments can be made using the available payment methods on our Site. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Products are made to order and usually take 2–3 days for processing before shipping.

  • Estimated delivery time is 6–7 business days across India.

  • Free shipping is available across India unless specified otherwise.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order is confirmed, except in cases of:

    • Defective product

    • Incorrect item received

  • Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if there is an issue.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only after verification.

  • Cancellations are allowed only within 4 hours of placing the order.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site, including product designs, images, text, logos, and graphics, is the property of Decor by Neon and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission.

7. User Conduct
